Personalized Last Name, Est. Date, & Home Coordinates Sign | Family Name, GPS Coordinates of House

This personalized 3D sign looks great in an entryway or as wall décor and is the perfect housewarming or wedding gift! And yes, 3D! The last name, Est. Date and line embellishments are laser cut wood, finished white (not vinyl, not painted on). The GPS Coordinates (based on the address you submit) are laser engraved onto the back board.  It's then finished with a THICKER frame than most my signs.  The poplar frame makes this sign 1.5" thick/deep.  *If no frame is preferred, please message me first. 

Size: 20” wide x 10” tall x 1.5" deep 

Frame color choices: Black, grey, farmhouse brown, or dark walnut. 

Backboard color choices: Light grey, light farmhouse brown, natural wood. 

PERSONALIZATION Options:

• Enter the Family Name EXACTLY how you want it on the sign! 
• If you want "The" before the name, INCLUDE "The" in the form below!
• If you want an apostrophe somewhere at the end of the name, then INCLUDE it in the form below.  
• I will use EXACTLY what you submit, so double check to make sure its correct before checking out! 
• Established Date Notes:
• Submit the date exactly how you want it on the sign.  If Year only, submit ONLY 4 digit year.  If you want MM-DD-YYYY, then submit it as such. 
• If you choose to spell out the Month, then all capital letters will be used, similar to how "EST." is shown in photos. 
• "HOME EST." --or--  "EST." Options:
• "EST." Dates when on a name sign typically imply wedding date, but can work if getting new home and getting married in same year.  
• If the date you are submitting is specifically related to the Home closing date, then I suggest choosing "HOME EST." option. 

No hanging hardware is included. The backboard is not flush with the back of the frame, so there is a small lip the frame creates on the back that you could choose to hang from, or you can add your own hardware.

Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood.

• Please be advised these signs are cut and engraved by a laser so they may have a slight burnt smell at first which will go away, and they also have browned edges due to being cut by a laser.
