Shipping & Returns

ATTENTION PayPal Customers:

  • If you choose to use PayPal to check out, I am obligated to ship to the shipping address associated with the PayPal account.... REGARDLESS if you enter a different shipping address during checkout.  So PLEASE make sure your PayPal address matches the address you want your items shipped to PRIOR to checking out.  I am NOT able to change it after.  If you are unable to change it, then choose a different payment method. 

 

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the total number products you order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States or Canada please contact us.

Do you offer local pickup?

  • Yes!  Local pickup in Bismarck, ND is available.  If you choose local pickup at checkout you will not be charged shipping and an email will be sent with instructions once your order is ready.  Please remember that all items are "made to order".  

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

  • Given that most of our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
