I love spring! The fresh flowers, fresh greenery, butterflies, warm sun, etc. And I love spring décor, especially up north because while it’s still cold and brown outside, I can bring beautiful spring colors inside.
I personally designed this Floral Bunny to have a light-and-airy feel but make a statement with her size (as she stands a little over 17” tall and base is 18” wide).
This DIY kit has separate wood layers, making it easy again to paint without having to stay inside the lines. Easy painting for any age, young to old. All wood pieces are unfinished raw wood, unpainted, and not glued into place. You will need to paint and assemble yourself. Instructions will be included.
I will be offering this kit with and without paint. The “with paint” kit will include the colors I used in my example shown (two shades of green, yellow, pink, blue, purple and a dark grey and brown that was mixed with water to use on the frame and base. I’ll also include a white so you can tone the colors down if you choose). But there are SO MANY different ways you can finish this one, so choose the “no paint” option below if you want to use/purchase your own colors that match your existing spring/home décor.
Both options (with or without paint) will include, 2 small paint brushes for detail work, 1 chip brush, makeup sponges (also for painting), and sand paper.
Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood.
