Great add on to a House Closing Gift/Basket or stocking stuffer for someone who celebrated buying a house!  All laser cut and engraved, this "1st Christmas in our new home" ornament can be customized in many ways:

• Laser cut 'year' off to the side matches house closing year. 
• Address down the front
• Font size may be adjusted based on number of characters requested for address.
• "In our" can be changed to "In his", "In her", or "In my". 
• "New Home" can be changed to "New House", "New Condo", or other. 

The back of the ornament has more space for customization for an additional charge. ** Make sure to chose correct drop down option if entering any information into the following fields. This could include:

• Short personalized message at top from realtor, family, or friend.
• Keep it short and sweet! Refer to example shown for how much space allowed. 
• Closing date 

This one measures approximately 1.6" x 4" and is made of high quality laser cut Maple plywood.

• The string/ribbon color will vary based on current availability.
  
• Engraving Color Variations: Our ornaments are engraved using a strong laser. Through the burning process, the coloration of the end engraving will vary depending on the particular board and how it reacts to the laser.
