These football themed ornament / keychain / bag tag / windshield charm is the same designs from the Stadium Sports Sign Collection where I also make them as larger signs and/or photo frames.
You can order in either 1/4" clear acrylic or 1/4" high quality plywood (with clear seal). They come with a metal lobster clasp. Please note: wood and acrylic can scratch under heavy use.

Football Design 1 (has players back with outer rectangle shape)
Football Design 2 (Football and helmet above name and number)
Football Design 3 (half football, half football player, with name down middle)

School logos can be added but ONLY if formal written permission from school is supplied that states I am allowed to use their logo on products I sell.
Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood.
Additional Disclaimers:
Please be advised these signs are cut and engraved by a laser so they may have a slight burnt smell at first which will go away, and they also have browned edges due to being cut by a laser.
