This patriotic star shaped door hanger is sold 1 of 3 ways: a finished sign, DIY Paint Kit with paint and supplies, or a DIY Paint Kit with no paint supplies. You also have the choice of greetings: “Welcome” or “Happy 4th”
The 'Welcome' version is great to display from early May, through Memorial Day through 4th of July and into the summer.
The multi-piece and layered design of this project gives it a 3D effect AND also makes it easy for both young and old to paint as there is no need to stay inside the lines!
Finished, assembled sign measures approximately approx. 16 3/4" wide x 16 1/4" tall. Wreath not included. If interested in a finished version WITH wreath, please contact me first.
You can choose “No paint” or “paint included” options, but regardless what you choose, both options will include:
Unfinished wood pieces cut from high quality 1/8” Baltic Birch (painting, gluing and assembly required). Baltic wood allows you to use watered down paint to allow wood grain show through for a stained look.
Twine for hanging.
The “Paint included” option will also include:
1 small paint brushes, 1 chip brush, makeup sponges (for applying paint), sandpaper, glue, and twine.
Paint colors: red, white, blue, and black.
Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood.
Additional Disclaimers:
Please be advised all pieces are cut and engraved by a laser so they may have a slight burnt smell at first which will go away, and they also have browned edges due to being cut by a laser.
